Delivery Service

When you spend HK$300 or more on our store, you can enjoy free SF Express delivery service to your designated residential address, SF Express station, smart locker or other SF Express service points.

If the customer's purchase amount is less than HK$300, the customer is required to pay the SF Express shipping fee (collect on delivery).

(The required shipping fee is calculated by SF Express and has nothing to do with our company)

Delivery range:

Delivery services in Hong Kong are available to commercial addresses (excluding container terminal areas), residential addresses, SF Express points, SF Smart Lockers and their partner convenience stores. Please do not use PO boxes as delivery addresses.

Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you would like to have the goods delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

 

Delivery Time:

Generally, we will ship the goods within 3 business days after the payment is confirmed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, location or other factors. The delivery time will be re-arranged .
