Thank you for choosing our German teas from CLOUD GARDEN. To protect your rights and ensure a smooth transaction, please carefully read this Return and Refund Policy before placing your order. By completing your order, you agree to and accept all terms of this policy.
1. Basic Principles
As tea is considered a food product and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any product sold outside of the Consumer Protection Ordinance. We strongly recommend that you carefully read the product description, origin, and flavor information before purchasing.
2. Return and Exchange Conditions and Procedures
If the packaging of the product you received is damaged or the contents leaked during delivery, or if you find that the items or quantity you received do not match your order, we will provide a replacement or refund service. Please be sure to follow the following procedures:
Timeliness requirement: Please contact our customer service staff within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
· Evidence: For damaged goods, you need to provide clear photos or videos as proof so that we can verify.
Please note that any product that has been opened, has incomplete packaging, or has been used will not be accepted for return or exchange in any form.
3. Refund Form
Once we confirm that the above return conditions have been met, we will provide an online shopping voucher of the same value as a refund. This voucher can be used for your next purchase, and no change will be given. We generally do not refund directly to your credit card or bank account. (Exceptional circumstances: If the problem is caused by a major error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a severely damaged item), we can provide a full refund via the original method.)
4. Final Decision
All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to review and verification by our store. We reserve the right to make the final decision on any individual case.
